DANA CENTER OF THE HEART aims to create an OASIS OF TRANQUILITY, PEACE AND LOVE - a sanctuary where individuals can shed their armor, embrancing authenticity and vulnerability without shame. It is a safe haven for connecting with one´s inner essence, where emotions can be felt and expressed freely, devoid of judgment. Every service offered by the center is thoughtfully designed to cultivate heightened consciousness within the body and promote deep relaxation. It is through relaxation and joy that the body enters in a state of repair, restoration and healing. Thus, if you seek healing, it is vital to prioritize much-needed REST AND RELAXATION FOR YOUR MIND AND BODY.​

I am a soul who has come into this world, deeply connected to the vibrations of Mother Nature. My purpose is to express my true essence through my gifts and talents, sharing my art with AUTHENTICITY, LOVE AND PASSION. As an eternal student of life, I am dedicated to my profession, sharing my energy and knowledge with others,
Continuously striving to shape the best version of myself, I seek to inspire others to do the same, as I belive that inner work leads to transformative change on a global level.
Living as a wild and free spirit, I embrace authenticity on my journey. I am an eternal dreamer, optimistic, passionate and endlessly curious, approaching life with the enthusiasm of a child.
I have chosen to embrace my SENSITIVITY AND VULNERABILITY as superpowers, despite societal perceptions that label them as weaknesses. Through these qualities, I forge deep connections not only with my essence but also with others, creating unique and personalized experiences.

I proudly embrace the name DANA, derived from the Pali and Sanskrit language, symbolizing GENEROSITY, OPEN-HEARTEDNESS AND GRATITUDE.
It represents a profound practice that transcends self-centeredness and promotes the well-being of others through our actions.
DANA or "generosity" is not merely about giving, but about the genuine desire to share what we have with others.
